EMPLOYEE WAS TR2ING TO LOOSEN ORE THAT WAS JAMMED IN THE FEEDER BOX ON THE MILL WITH A PRY BAR. THE FEEDER BLADES CAUGHT THE PRY BAR. EMPLOYEE TRIED TO CATCH THE BAR, THE BAR SLIPPED AND BROKE THE RIGHT INDE3 FINGER.
