Dump truck driver was assigned to deliver a solo load (truck only) & needed to leave his trailer at the Mine site. When jacking up his trailer, the driver needed to use excessive force on the crank handle to raise the trailer. With both hands on the crank handle, left hand over right hand, his right ring finger was fractured on the middle segment.

EE WAS HEATING UP COUPLING WITH A ROSE BUD TORCH SO THAT THE COUPLING COULD BE REMOVED. 2 OTHER EES WERE STRIKING THE COUPLING WITH 20# DEAD BLOW MALLETS. ONE OF THE MALLETS GLANCED OFF OF THE COUPLING STRIKING EE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE.
