Dump truck driver was assigned to deliver a solo load (truck only) & needed to leave his trailer at the Mine site. When jacking up his trailer, the driver needed to use excessive force on the crank handle to raise the trailer. With both hands on the crank handle, left hand over right hand, his right ring finger was fractured on the middle segment.

EE WAS TYING REBAR WHEN THE PLIERS SLIPPED OFF THE WIRE AND STRUCK HIM IN THE LOWER LIP.
