After working hours employee stayed at company parking lot to perform oil change in his personal car. He was using a hydraulic jack and wood pieces block equipment from movement. The hydraulic jack failed and employee was pinned in the chest between car and floor. The security guard helped him lift the car back and employee got up normally.
