EE WAS BREAKING BOLTS OFF SCREEN AT THE SAND PLANT. HE LATER EXPERIENCED A GREAT DEAL OF CHEST PAIN. THE MEDICAL PROVIDER DETERMINED THT EE HAD STRAINED HIS CHEST WALL AND NEEDED LIGHT DUTY FOR 1 WEEK IN ORDER TO HEAL.

Crew was loading a used oil barrel, using a loader & chain to lift the barrel. barrel swang thru the air, came toward the ee, caught him off gaurd, causing the ee to reach up and trying to stop the barrel from swinging. the weight and force of the barrel hitting the ee's outstreched arm caused a strain in his back, for which he will need chiropractic care for several weeks.
