Mechanics were removing a hoist cylinder from a bolter. As they were removing a collet one mechanic was tapping on the boss with a hammer and the collet relieved itself and flew approximately 10 feet and hit the mechanic standing on the opposite side in the face. As a result the individual received (5) five stitches above EE's left eye at the eyebrow area.

Employee was cutting liner with hook blade knife. Liner was cold and harder to cut than normal. Employee slipped and cut his left thigh.
While bending a piece of 11" x 2" x 1/4" steel with sledge hammer the welds that held the material to the table broke loose and hit the employee in the chin.
