After mixing mud, employee was coming down the stairs, set an empty bucket down on the lower platform, turned to walk down from the lower platform, slipped and fell to the ground on his shoulder.

While changing a broken fanbelt on the Toro loader, Company #23, the top hose was loosened to relieve the cooling system pressure. When the hose was removed there was enough presure remaining in the system that the coolant sprayed out on employee, burning his arms and chest.

EE WAS DRIVING PLIT SETS WITH A JACKLEG. WHEN THE BOLT HAD BEEN DRIVEN, THE DRIVER STUCK IN THE END OF THE BOLT. EE HAD RELEASED THE LEG PRESSURE AND THE DRILL CAME DOWN AS THE LEG COLLAPSED A ND PINCHED HIS FINGER. 4 OR 5 STITCHES IN END OFFINGER.
