EMPLOYEE WAS HOOKING A PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR TO PICKUP. HE WAS USING A PRYBAR TO LIFT THE FRONT OF THE COMPRESSOR WHEN IT SLIPPED OFF THE BAR AND STRUCK HIM IN THE ANKLE.
