Employee was adjusting dirt shoe spring; he was down on his hand and knees. He turned the wrench once and he felt his back go out.
Employee went to assist in replacing rear cover plate on dozer; plate on floor jack on edge. While jacking up, he lost control of plate and his left thumb was pinched between plate and a solid object.
