Employee was opening a skid of plaster. He was using a knife, when he missed the plastic wrap over the plaster, and ran the knife into his lower right from of leg, resulting in stitches.

Breaking granite with shims and wedges, when a piece of wedge broke off, and embedded in left forearm. Had to go to Urgent Care clinic to remove object, and get stitches. Could not lift 20 lbs for 5 working days. Had sutures removed after 7 days, and is now not limited.
