EE WAS CHIPPING SLAG OFF OF A WELD, WHILE ANOTHER EE WAS DOING THE SAME. A PIECE OF HOT SLAG WAS KNOCKED OFF BY THE OTHER EE AND HIT THE INJURED EE IN LOWER LEFT EYELID
CO-WORKER WAS GOING TO HIT THRUST RING ON KILN TO KNOCK INTO PLACE. HE WAS USING A 10 LB SLEDGE HAMMER. THE HAMMER GLANCED OFF KILN TIRE AND HIT EE'S HAND WHICH WAS APPROX 1 1/2 FT FROM WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HIT.
LABORER WAS SHOVELING IN THE YARD, SMASHED HIS HAND BETWEEN SHOVEL HANDLE AND POST.

EE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF BELTING WITH HIS UTILITY KNIFE. KNIFE SLIPPED OUT OF RUBBER AND CUT LEFT HAND RESULTING A CUT WHICH TOOK 7 STITCHES.
