EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING WITH 24" PIPE WRENCH DIS CONNECTING TWO PIPES WHEN HE DROPPED WRENCH ON RIGHT HAND INDEX FINGER WAS NOT CUT OR OPEN JUSTSOME SWELLING AND DISCOMFORT UNTIL 4-22-93 HE HAD DISCOMFORT AND WANTED TO GO TO MEDICAL CTR TO HAVE CHECKED. RETURNED TO WORK UNTIL 4-26-93 HE TOLD TO CUT HIS FINGER OPEN AND HE WOULD BE OFF 2 WKS.
