EMPLOYEE WAS UNSCREWING A PISTON BOLT ON A TRUCK. THE BOLT BROKE, CAUSING HIS HAND TO HIT ANOTHER BOLT ON THE MOTOR. THIS RESULTED IN A CUT ON HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER WHICH REQUIRED THREE STITC HES.
