BAY SCREEN FEEDING RAW COAL CRUSHER AT #2 DUMP WAS PLUGGED WITH COAL REQUIRING EMPLOYEE TO USE SLATE BAR TO KNOCK LARGE PIECES OF ROCK & COAL THROUGH SCREEN TO CLEAR IT UP. BAR SLIPPED STRIK ING EMPLOYEE ON RIGHT KNEE. RETURNED TO WORK THENEXT DAY & WORKED EVERY SCHEDULED SHIFT UNTIL FEB 25, 1994. WENT TO DR. WITH PAIN IN KNEE- BEINGTREATED.
