MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE AND DOZER OPERATOR (INJURED EMPLOYEE) WERE DRIVING PIN ON DOZER RIPPER POINT WITH DOUBLE JACK & PLASTIC COATED PIN DRIVER. INJURED WAS HOLDING DRIVER, WHEN MAINT. EMPLOYEE STRUCK THE DRIVER HEAD IT BOUNCED BACK (DRIVER) AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN FACE JUST BELOW LEFT EYE.
