While repairing a set of airlock doors, just inside drift mouth, employee was making a hole in the door with pick hammer to mount rubber seal. The tip of hammer broke off, impaling into lower arm. EMT dressed arm.

EE WAS LAYING TRACK. HE JACKED UP ONE END OF THE RAIL, SOMEONE TRIED TO SLIDE RAIL OVER. RAIL FELL OFF THE JACK AND HIT LEFT FOOT. '
