Mechanic was removing "belly pan" on 320 tractor type dozer. Upon inspection pan was "cockeyed" requiring the use if a hammer and wedge. During the removal process the wedge became dislodged and struck EE on left side of face under left eye. EE sustained a deep laceration and glue was applied.

Employee was making a splice in cable when his knife slipped, cutting his left hand.

Employee was cutting belt for a belt splice when his knife slipped out of the belt, cutting the palm of his left hand.

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING SPLICE WITH KNIFE, WHEN KNIFE SLIPPED & CUT LEFT THUMB.

EMPLOYEE STUCK HAND IN TOOL BAG & AN OPEN KNIFE CUT HIS LEFT RING FINGER KNUCKLE.

EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING A LIGHT ON #2 BUGGY. WHEN HE WAS TRIMMING THE LEADS, HE CUT HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER WITH THE BELT KNIFE.

EMPLOYEE WAS ON THE #42 HIGHWALL MINER DOING MAINTENANCE TAKING THE RIGHT ANGLE CONVEYOR OFF. HE WAS HITTING THE PIN TRYING TO KNOCK IT OUT WITH A SLATE BAR, WHEN THE PIN CAME OUT IT THREW THE SLATE BAR UPWARD STRIKING EMPLOYEE ABOVE THE RIGHT EYE KNOCKING HIM UNCONCIOUS.

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING END OF BELT TO MAKE A BELT SPLICE. HE CUT HIS LEFT THUMB WITH THE UTILITY KNIFE.

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING BELT - THE BELT PULLED LOOSE FROM ANCHORS CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO CUT HIS LEG.

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING CABLE WITH A KNIFE. HE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS KNEE.
