While on mine property, a security guard working for Guardco Security LLC shot and fatally injured a trespasser. This accident is being investigated by WV State Police.

Showing all 32EE was putting a new ball stud in a sterring jack, While striking it with a hammer a piece of metal flew off and hit him in the left eye. EE was taken to PMC Hospital immediately after the accident, and then was transported to Hospital in Morgantown.
While employee was changing bits in the cutter head, the hammer he was using hit the chisel and slipped off and struck the back of his hand. He was holding the chisel in his left hand, the hammer was in his right.

Found a airline leaking on a slip joint. Pulled the line off. To trim the end off while cutting the line the knife slipped and cut his forearm. We took him to the er room where they put 5 stitches in the cut.
