Person was cutting off metal bands from concrete block pallet and band struck the back of his arm.
Employee was working on left miner in #7 entry. He was trying to change a hose that went from conversion value to pump motor. When doing so he pulled and tugged, hurting his lower back using a pair of channel locks to break the fitting.
EE was helping splice #11 belt and when he trimmed the belt using a utility knife he cut his right thight which required 3 stitches.

INJURED PARTY HAD JUST SNAPPED THE BAND ON THE UBUNDLE OF ROOF BOLTS AND HE TURNED AND GRABBED THE METAL BAND HE HAD JUST CUT WITH HIS LEFT HAND TO BEND IT BACK WHEN HE CUT THE PALM OF HIS LEF T HAND.
