ALLEGEDLY THE E5EVATOR WAS PLUGGED WITH SAND.OPERATOR ALLEGEDLY DUG OUT SAND WITH SHOVEL AND WHEN ELEVATOR WAS SLOW TO START,HE HELPED IT OUT BY STEPPING ON ELEVATOR BUCKET AND USING HIS WEIGH T TO HELP GET I7 STARTED. INJURY WAS TO LEFT FOOT BEING CAUGHT IN THE ELEVATOR.YTHE LEFT FOOT SWOLLEN AND SORE.
