Emp was shooting the damp scale that had built up in the bottom of the cleanup elevator chute. The opened door came down on his right hand and cut the tip of his right index finger. Taken to ER and then to Orthopedics. Placed on restrictive duty.

THE BRAKES ON HOIST WENT INTO A CONTROLL ED STOP. INSIDE THE WET CAGE EE LOST HIS BALANCE AND STRUCK WALL OF CAGE AND FELL TO FLOOR WITH SHOULDER, NECK AND HEAD PAIN.
