I.NAME WAS LIGHTING A HIGH PRESSURE STEAM PARTS WASHER WHICH HAD GONE OUT. HE DID NOT WAIT THE PSPECIFIED TIME BEFORE TRYING TO RELIGHT IT, AND WHEN HE STRUCK THE MATCH, IT WAS STILL HOT ENOUG TO LIGHT ITSELF. THE GAS MADE A SMALL EXPLOSION WHICH SINGED HIS EYEBROWS AND LASHES AND BURNED HISRIGHT HAND WITH FIRST DEGREE BURNS. EYE DROPS WERE NECESSARY.
