AT 6:31 AM AN EXPLOSION OCCURED BEHIND THE OLD 2 LEFT MAINS SEALS, RESULTING IN CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING TO THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WHICH REQUIRED HOSPITALIZATION. MSHA, STATE AND COMPANY HAVE INITIATED INVESTIGATION BUT RESULTS NOT YET AVAILABLE.
