EE was cutting a bolt from a steel beam with a cutting torch. A hot coal fell on the bottom of his pants burning a hole on his pants then falling into th etop of his slip on steel toe boots. He received medical treatment on the burn on his foot. He was told to take two days off from work.

Injured EE and another EE were trying to remove a bearing with a puller and a hydraulic pump, when the puller slipped and hit EE in the head and shoulder. EE received 4 stitches, he did have his hard har and safety glasses on.
EE went into the Granusol Mill. The operator was emptying out a baghouse. He had the side door open for visual aid. EE saw a clump of ore in- side the door of the baghouse. He stuck his hand inside to remove the clump. A airlock was on and turning. EE stuck his hand in the airlock.
