A miner was threading a 2" in diameter pipe. The rotating pipe became entangled with the miners sweatshirt sleeve, throwing the miner to the ground. The miner landing on his left shoulder. Possible left shoulder separation/sprain (waiting on MRI).

Individual was performing a test in the Lab on the Slon bench tester when the magnet was turned on and the fill tank came down on his right pointer finger. The finger was smashed and it caused an open wound on the inside of the digit. He received 7 stitches at the local hospital.
