D-6 Dozer made contact with 740 Water truck during washing activity. Water truck was parked and as dozer moved forward the blade made contact with the front right tire. The contact caused the tire to pop and drop the water truck. The event led to EE seeking medical attention for back pain.

Showing all 4Team Member reported eye irritation resulting in conjunctivitis from exposure to airborne foreign particulates following the use of a grinder while wearing safety glasses and face shield. Examination by ER physician did not find a foreign object or corneal abrasion in the affected eye.
Team Member felt pain in right elbow while attempting to start weed eater. This was initially reported as first aid. On November 13, 2017, ee was given prescription medication for the continuing pain in elbow making this injury reportable.
While operating D-8 dozer, moving in reverse, dozer dropped unexpectedly on uneven terrain, jolting injured worker. Injured worker felt pain in lower back.
