Employee works at stone quarry in chopped department. Employee was chopping stone and piece fell and cut fifth finger (pinky) of left hand
Employee was operating a cutoff machine and was cutting stone that was 4 in. EE was holding the stone so that it would not move and was not paying attention to the machine. Saw lacerated right index finger.
While catching chopped stone at the end of the chopper, a piece of rock hit his pinky finger on his right hand causing the nail to come off.
He was grabbing a rock from the chopper and another two rocks fell on his right hand finger.
