Employee was working inside of the CMF building on splitter machine #7. While removing a stone from the splitter, the scrap guard between the discharge conveyor and the bottom row of teeth popped up, then came down on finger, pinching it between the scrap guard and bottom row of teeth. The left index finger was cut and fractured.

Improper hand/finger placement.
Employee was work on splitter numbers 8 and 7 when EE picked a rock off the line and EE was opening a seam on the rock and a piece fell off and struck EE's right foot.
EE is a Splitter Operator at the Chilton Quarry indoor within the Chilton Manufacturing Facility. EE was assembling boxes. EE put a nail in one section followed with a second nail. The nail gun then jumped and landed on top of EE's left hand. When the gun hit EE's hand, a nail fired into the top of EE's left hand as EE's finger was still on the trigger.
