DRILL WAS TRAVELING PARALLEL TO THE HIGHWALL, APPROX. 8 FEET FROM THE EDGE, WHEN IT APPEARED TO HAVE TURNED AND RUN OFF THE EDGE OF THE HIGHWALL. EMPLOYEE WA BOUNCED AROUND INSIDE F DRILL CAB DURING DESCENT AND IMPACT FROM FALL OFF THE HIGHWALL.

MECHANIC WAS REPLACING THE DRAG ROPE ON THE DRUM OF 10 YD PAGE 7-25 DRAGLINE WHEN A 3/4 INCH IMPACT WRENCH SLID OF THE DRUM AND HIT THE EMPLOYEE LITTLE TOE ON THE RIGHT FOOT JUST BEHIND HIS S TEEL TOE COVERING.
