MINOR DAMAGE TO THE BOOM TRUCK BUT FA TALLY INJURING THE TIRE TECH. THE AREA WAS AN OPEN FIELD AREA, WEATHER WAS CLEAR, AREA WAS DRY, DAYLIGHT HOURS.
