Showing all 8Dozer traveled up berm to go around wrong side of hoe and tipped to other side of berm, slid approx 10' landing on side/top. Wearing seatbelt, self exit. Dislocated shoulder, EMS called but no transport. Released to Modified Duty. Cylinder damaged on machine and will replace seatbelt.
Miner was using a portable band saw while fabricating guards and as the saw reached the end of the desired cut the saw kicked back and the blade contacted the fleshy thumb area of his left palm.

INJ EE & ANOTHER EE WERE TAKING OFF CUTTING EDGES FROM LOADER & WERE USING A 1"GUN TO TAKE THE PLOW BOLTS OFF. ONE OF THE PLOW BOLTS SPUN IN INJURED EE'S GLOVED HAND & CUT HIS HAND
EE WAS CUTTING A PLATE. PIECE FELL OFF OF PLATE, AT THE CUT, AND SWUNG WRONG WAY. PIECE FELL ON SHIN AND REQUIRED STITCHES.
