EE said he was moving the kiln gun away from the kiln after shooting a ring out and slipped off diamond plate and hurt his pinky.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BACKHOE TRACTOR TO UNBRIDGE THE HANGUP IN THE FEEDER CHUTE TO THE IMPACT CRUSHER. A SMALL PIECE OF SLATE WAS EJECTED FROM THE CRUSHER HITTING THE EMPLOYEE IN THE MOUTH.

WORKING ON TOP OF KILN GRINDING SURFACE TO BE WELDED, HITTING LEFT LEG WITH GRINDER WHEEL, REQUIRED 7 STITCHES.
