THE INJURED MINER BACKED HIMSELF INTO THE DUST COLLECTOR ON THE GARDNER DENVER UPON IMPACT THE RIGHT HAND TRAMMING LEVER BECAME WEDGED UNDER THE DUST COLLECTOR PINNING THE DRILLER.
