MINERS WERE MOVING A SLUSHER IN A SUBLEVEL, WHEN SLUSHER BACK MOVED AND STRUCK THE INJURED MINER ON THE RIGHT LEG, AND INTERNALLY BRUISED LEG MUSCLE.

DRILL WAS IN VERTICAL POSITION ON A PLATFORM 3' HIGH. THE LEG VIBRATED OFF AS THE STEEL HUNG UP IN HOLE. I STEPPED OFF THE PLATFORM TO LIFT THE LEG BACK TO PLATFORM. THEN THE STEEL RELEASED ALLOWING THE MACHINE AND LEG TO FALL STRAIGHT DOWN 3' ON MY FOOT.
