Ozinga Materials Inc · Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Used a come along and chain to pull shaft out of conveyor tail pulley. While cutting sleeve off shaft with torch, the chain heated and snapped hitting miners left hand. Diagnosed with pain in left hand. No fractures.
