Employee was welding conveyor parts. No immediate sign of injury. Overnight employee had sharp pain to eyes. Medical report state injury as flashburns. Employee was wearing safety glases.

Employee was using a grinder on a conveyor. He placed grinder on belt while still running. Grinder spun out of control cutting left index finger, lacerating it.
