Showing all 4EE was polishing a bank of D-9 equipment with a polisher and got particles of metal in his right eye. At the time of the incident, he had not put on his security glasses.
He was uncovering the grinder that was covered with rock. He was trying to break a rock with a small metal bar. When he put the bar towards the back of the grinder, the bar hit him under the left cheekbone causing a small wound. At the time of the accident, He was not wearing safety glasses.
