EE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH A HEAVY SHOVEL IN THE TRUCK BED WHEN THE STICK PART OF THE SHOVEL CAME APART AND RESULTED IN HIS SLIPPING AND FALLING ON HIS RIGHT HAND.
