The employee was changing screens on the plant and suffered a burn to the top of employee's right hand.
A Caterpillar D7 was used to push stripping material over the edge of the spoil pile during rainy, wet conditions and at night. The dozer operator stated that ee got too close to the edge and come to rest sideways, approximately 100' below. On April 7 it became a medical incident due to the employee receiving physical therapy.
Employee was grinding on a crusher liner and some debris flew into his eye.
