Showing all 7A Caterpillar D7 was used to push stripping material over the edge of the spoil pile during rainy, wet conditions and at night. The dozer operator stated that ee got too close to the edge and come to rest sideways, approximately 100' below. On April 7 it became a medical incident due to the employee receiving physical therapy.
