Plastic water line was frozen. EE was using a propane weed burner and air to move the ice. The ice broke free and several small chunks of ice struck EE in the left brow, causing a laceration, resulting in 3 stitches.

The EE shanked a striker bar took striker bar off of the longhole drill machine and the 30 feet of drill rod fell out of the hole and struck the EE on the left hand. Required 5 stitches.

EE was drilling a face round with a Gardner Denver Jackleg the miner's foot was between two rocks on floor of heading the weight of the drill and steel coming out of the drillhole caused him to turn his body and his foot between the two rocks,his foot would not turn and this caused a break in a bone in his left foot.

The miner had turn the air off to the jackleg drill to put oil in the oiler, The jackleg was against the rid of the drift. The miner turn the air on and did not jackleg drill went up rib and falling onto the miner right leg. Bruised right knee with swelling.
