Employee was attempting to remove a long (10") bent bolt from a steel process line on MMU B. During the attempt, the wrench slipped off the nut while the impact turned the bolt allowing employees hand to move into a pinch point area. The bent bolt then rotated pinching the employees left middle finger between the bolt and the pipe. Fracture to the left middle finger.

During the hoisting of a boat engine, an employee was positioned at the rear of the engine to help guide the engine during the lift. The center of gravity shifted to the rear of the engine, where the employee was positioned, and the engine struck the employee on the leg.
