Showing all 7the employee was bolting in the #7 entry on the #3 unit. EE was tramming EE's bolter over a large rock that was laying on the mine floor. the rock shifted hitting the top of EE's left foot.
The employee was standing on the opposite side of the operator of the bolter on the left side of #3 unit. EE was at the back of the bolter next to the rear tire when the bolter trammed up aprox 6 " and ran over EE's toes on EE's right foot. there were no bones broken. the employee did not start missing any work time until 01/02/2024
The employee was putting up a cable bolt & it hung on a rock laying on the mine floor. The employee felt a strain in shoulder and neck.
EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING A ROOF BOLT INTO THE HOLE EMPLOYEE HAD DRILLED WHEN EMPLOYEE FELT A POP IN RIGHT SHOULDER.
Employee was roof-bolting on the #3 unit in the #6 entry. When the bolter moved up the employee swung the canopy over toward the rib to install the rib pin and employee's right hand was holding onto the canopy top which caused employee to mash right fingers between the canopy and rib.
Employee stated EE dropped EE's canopy and the canopy struck EE's neck causing pain in EE's neck and back. EE also fell and struck EE's ribs when EE fell.
