EE WAS WASHING MUD OFF A METAL ROOF USING A PRESSURE WASHER. HE SLIPPED ON THE MUD, THREW HIS LEFT HAND IN FRONT OF THE PRESSURE WASHER DISCHARGE TIP WHILE THE UNIT WAS DISCHARGING. THE FORCE OF THE WATER PUNCTURED EE'S LEFT HAND TRIGGER FINGER.

EE WAS CUTTING WOOD, A PIECE OF SAWDUST WAS AROUND EYE AREA, WHICH EE DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME, WHILE DRIVING BACK TO PLANT THE SAWDUST FELL INTO EE'S RT EYE. HE RUBBED IT OUT. THE DUST INFECT ED HIS EYE.
