R.C.R. CRUSHING SYSTEMS INC WAS CONTRACTED TO UPDATE A NEW CRUSHING SYSTEM. DURING INSTALLATION THE GROUND UNDER THE OUTRIGGER GAVE WAY CAUSING THEIR CRANE TO TIP OVER ON ITS SIDE AS A RESULT OF THIS ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES FELL IN HIS HASTE TO AVOID BEING HIT. EMPLOYEE SUFFERED A CONTUSION SUPERFICIAL LACERATION WITH ABRSIONS TO RIGHT SHOULDER AND RIGHT HAND
