ON WED 09/15 EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO WELD. HE REPORTED TO WORK ON THURSDAY & SAID HE HAD HURT HIS EYES YESTERDAY & WORKED FOR APPROX ONE HOUR & WENT HOME. HE WAS TOLD MORE THAN ONCE BY HIS SUPERVISOR TO GO TO THE DOCTOR BUT SAID IT WOULD BE OK. HE DID NOT SHOW FOR WORK ON FRIDAY & WORKED A FULL DAY OF MONDAY BUT FINALLY WENT TO DR ON TUESDAY TO FIND THAT HE HAD A WELDING FLASH.
