After tightening a casing connection, the employee put EE's hands in the derrick before the pipe settled, pinching EE's thumb between the string and the table. Resulting in a half inch laceration.

Individual went to tighten the pipe collar with an impact. This was when the right index finger got caught between the impact socket and the table bushing bolt. Resulting in finger laceration.
An employee's finger was pinched resulting in an avulsion that required a skin graft surgery.

Employee was conducting maintenance on a haul truck. While utilizing a torque gun on a wheel lug the employee pinched pinky finger between the torque gun and the wheel well. The pinch resulted in a laceration and fracture to the tip of the pinky finger.

Chipping of Nordbak material out of crusher when a piece of material fell off and pinched thumb between fallen material and air hammer that was being used to removed material.
While removing a differential from a 789C haul truck the crane was moved off center of load to swing differential out of axle housing. Differential got hung up and when it came free the differential swung farther than expected and hit EE's causing laceration and contusion to right leg below knee.
An employee was moving a wheel barrow full of floor dry and pinched their finger in between the handle and a metal bin causing a laceration. The employee was transported to the hospital where they received 10 sutures to close the laceration.
As an employee was turning on heater valves on a dozer, their hand slipped and their glove got caught in the pulley. The employee's right thumb was smashed in the spring next to the pulley. The employee was transported to Nye Regional Medical Center were it was determined that their thumb was broken and they received 6 stitches.
Worker was holding sign when Backhoe operator went to move Backhoe and back of Backhoe swung and hit his finger
Employee was air arcing on a mantle liner, when a piece of molten slag burned through his pant leg and fell into his boot. The slag caused 2nd and 3rd Degree burns to his ankle before he could get his boot off.
Employee was drilling holes with a mag drill and power failed which released magnet and caused the drill to drop hyper extending the thumb.
Employee was grinding on a table, grinder slipped, caught in pants, cut through his pants and underwear. Resulting in torn epidermis x 2 on shaft of penis, pinch on eccymosis across glanis and no break in skin.
As an employee was using a spring attached to a hand held drill to clean out the valve stem on a haul truck tire, the spring broke. The spring contracted and became embedded in the employee's left hand little finger. The employee was transported to Nye Regional Medical Center where it was determined that the employee's finger was fractured and the employee received two stitches.
As an employee was cutting a piece of steel out of a crusher, the steel shifted and contacted their right leg causing a laceration. He was transported to the hospital where they received eight stitches and seven staples.
Employee was cutting through a 12" SDR 11 pipe that was being supported with a backhoe bucket. When the employee had cut apprx. 3/4 of the way through the pipe it broke and struck the employee in the face. The employee suffered a lacerated and broken nose.

WHILE REMOVING A NUT FROM A WEARPLATE, THE STOP-NUT SLIPPED & THE MECHANIC PLACED HIS FINGER AGAINST THE SPINNING BOLT.
THE EE WAS TAKING A D-5 DOZER FROM THE TOP OF A REUSEABLE LEACH PAD TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAD TO BE FUELED. THE EE DROVE THE DOZER OVER THE BERM WITH THE BLADE IN THE RAISED POSITION. THE DOZER ROLLED 1 CIRCLE END OVER END COMING TO REST ON ITS TRACKS.
WHILE EE WAS REMOVING WARE PLATES INSIDE A SHOVEL BUCKET. A PIECE OF HOT AIR ARCH ROD BROKE OFF AND BURNED THROUGH THE EE S COVERALLS.
EE WAS HOLDING THE CABLE UP FOR THE LINER HANDLER OPERATOR TO POSITION THE HOOK TO LIFT THE LINER. HE PUT HIS RT HAND ON THE BOOM TO SUPPORT HIMSELF UNAWARE OF THE PINCH POINT. HIS HAND WAS CA UGHT IN BETWEEN THE BOOM SECTIONS AS THE BOOM WAS BEING POSITIONED.
EE WAS CUTTING/GRINDING DUST COVERS AND STOPPED TO WIPE THE SWEAT WITH HIS GLOVED HAND & FELT A PIECE OF METAL IN HIS RT. EYE.
SHOVEL OPERATOR WAS LOADING A TRUCK. THE SHOVEL WAS ON UNEVEN TERRIAN AND AS SHE SWUNG THE SHOVEL, IT DIPPED SO THE OPERATOR MOVED THE CONTROLS IN A RAPID MOTION TO STOP THE MACHINE. THIS CAUS ED HER TO SPRAIN MUSCLES IN HER WRIST.
EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A HEAVY FUSING MACHINE WHICH HAD WHEELS FROM A TRAILER. THE MACHINE WAS HOOKED UP TO A WINCH TO ASSIST IN REMOVING THE MACHINE FROM THE TRAILOR. THERE WAS STO CK IN THE WINCH CABLE AND WHEN MACHINE ROLLED OFF TRAILER, THE CABLE TIGHTENED UP. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE'S FINGER TO BE CAUGHT AND LACERATED.
