EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF READJUSTING THE ENGINE CLUTCH BECAUSE IT WAS SLIPPING. AFTER ADJUSTING THE ENGINE CLUTCH, EMP ENGAGED THE CLUTCH MANUALLY. WHILE ADJUSTING THE AIR CYLINDER LINKA GE TO THE CLUTCH LEVER THE CLUTCH DISENGAGED ANDPINCHED EMP'S FINGER BETWEEN THE CYLINDER ADJUSTING YOLK AND THE CLUTCH LEVER.
