AFTER REMOVING THE CONVEYOR BOOM HINGE PINM, HE GOT ON TOP OF THE CONVEYOR BOOM TO ASSIST IN THE REMOVAL OF THE PINS FOR THE GATHERING HEAD PLOW. WHILE KNEELING ON TOP OF THE FORWARD PORTION O F THE BOOM TO BETTER SWING A SLEDGE HAMMER, THE BOOM ASSEMBLY SUDDENLY RELEASED, THE REAR PORTION FALLING AND THE FRONT PORTION RISING SUDDENLY.
