AFTER COMPLETING MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE CALCINER COOLER, I,NAME DISENGAGED THE MANUAL CRANK HANDLE FROM THE DRIVE UNIT WHICH WAS LOCKED OUT. AT THAT TIME, I,NAME NOTICED THE CALCINER COOLER S TART TO ROTATE. IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP THE ROTATION, HE RE-ENGAGED THE MANUAL CRANK HANDLE. THE FORCE OF THE ROTATION COOLER WAS TOO GREAT FOR HIM TO STOP, THEREFORE PULLING THE CRANK FROM HIS
