EMPLOYEE WAS SETTING UP AN AIR POWERED STATIONARY GRINDER TO RESURFACE A COOLER TRUNNION ROLLER AFTER POSITIONING THE GRINDER HE ATTEMPTED TO SLIDE THE WIRE RING OVER THE SWITCH HANDLE FOR CON TINUOUS RUNNING IN DOING SO HIS RIGHT HAND SLIPPED AND CONTACTED THE BOTTOM OF THE GRINDING DISC IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SECURE THE SWITCH BEFORE THE GRINDER WAS ENERGIZED
