Employee was working with a group of other employees to unstop the blower line from Silo 6 to Silo 7. Pipe was being supported by a come-along. The pipe was cleared and employee reached for the elbow of the pipe to position it for reattachment. During this motion the employee felt a pull in EE's back.

The employee was removing angle iron framing and wood from a MCC building. The employee used methods of drilling and cutting during the task, and all work was above the employee's head. The employee was wearing a pair of safety glasses at the time of the incident. A piece of debris flew in-between the employee's safety glasses and forehead and lodged in his (R) eye.

Employee was moving moving railcars, when the bracket on the railcar that the cable is attached to broke and struck the employee in the face, causing a laceration on his right cheek.

EE was removing an air exhaust muffler from a compressed air dryer system.After releasing the residual air from the air tank and line the EE unscrewed the valve not realizing there was still some stored pressure inside the line which blew small desiccant beads out striking the back of both hands and the back of both legs.

EE WAS CLEANING A DUST COLLECTION PIPE (BY HITTING PIPE WITH A HAMMER) WHEN FOR UNKNOWN REASONS THE EE REACHED INTO THE DOOR AND UP APPROX 8 INCHES WHERE HE CAUGHT HIS 3 FINGERS. (INDEX-ABOVE 1ST JOINT, MIDDLE-ABOVE 2ND JOINT, RING-ABOVE 1ST JOINT) EE DOES NOT REMEMBER MUCH OF THE EVENTS.
