The pipe was cleared and employee reached for the elbow of the pipe to position it for reattachment. During this motion the employee felt a pull in EE's back.

EE WAS CLEANING A DUST COLLECTION PIPE (BY HITTING PIPE WITH A HAMMER) WHEN FOR UNKNOWN REASONS THE EE REACHED INTO THE DOOR AND UP APPROX 8 INCHES WHERE HE CAUGHT HIS 3 FINGERS. (INDEX-ABOVE 1ST JOINT, MIDDLE-ABOVE 2ND JOINT, RING-ABOVE 1ST JOINT) EE DOES NOT REMEMBER MUCH OF THE EVENTS.
