Welder was grinding the hinges off of a tail pulley cover to straighten and replace them when the grinder kicked back and caused a minor laceration their left thumb. The laceration needed stitches resulting in a recordable incident. Employee was wearing all of the required PPE at time of incident.

Employee was welding on a conveyer, after he had gone home he felt a muscle in his neck get sore. He went to the emergency room where he was diagnosed acute Torticollis (sore neck).
