Welder was grinding the hinges off of a tail pulley cover to straighten and replace them when the grinder kicked back and caused a minor laceration their left thumb. The laceration needed stitches resulting in a recordable incident. Employee was wearing all of the required PPE at time of incident.
Employee failed to remove winch handle from winch prior to releasing cable. Employee was stuck with handle and arm was cut.

Employee was welding on a conveyer, after he had gone home he felt a muscle in his neck get sore. He went to the emergency room where he was diagnosed acute Torticollis (sore neck).
